Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in mobile (iOS and Android) development, with proven experience integrating mobile solutions into enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
This role is responsible for developing scalable, secure, and compliant architectures that support clinical operations, patient engagement, and business transformation initiatives.
Salary range: $100,003 - 130,003 plus 10% bonus

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to - Lead end-to-end solution architecture for mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with business and clinical objectives
- Define and maintain architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices for mobile and ERP integration
- Design and implement secure, compliant integrations between mobile solutions and Salesforce or Dynamics 365 F&O
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system architecture, and oversee implementation
- Ensure all solutions meet healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, PHI)
- Provide technical leadership during the development lifecycle and ensure solution scalability and maintainability
- Develop integration blueprints, data flow diagrams, and documentation supporting enterprise architecture governance
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools and frameworks to enhance system performance and reliability
Required Skills and Experience - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture, including at least 3 years in mobile application development
- Proven experience with Salesforce (required) or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O integration
- Proficiency in mobile frameworks and technologies (Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter)
- Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, SSO, and mobile security principles
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and HIPAA compliance
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Salesforce Cloud) and CI/CD practices
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred Skills and Experience - Salesforce or Microsoft certification (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, MB-600)
- Experience integrating with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
- Knowledge of enterprise integration tools such as MuleSoft or Azure Logic Apps
- Prior experience in digital health or patient engagement solutions
Physical Requirements - Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
- Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
