Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Job Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our New York head office. This role requires a creative, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social platforms and how to engage audiences globally. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase engagement, build brand awareness, and drive conversion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling content, managing multi-platform campaigns, and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and brand objectives.
  • Capture, produce, and edit short-form video, photography, and graphic content optimized for each platform.
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy tailored to campaigns and platform audiences.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all channels.
  • Own and manage the content calendar.
  • Lead monthly planning sessions to align upcoming posts with key initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create content for product launches, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
  • Monitor performance analytics and platform trends to optimize content, increase engagement, and drive conversion.
  • Manage community interactions by monitoring and responding to comments and messages in real time.
  • Coordinate product seeding and sample requests in collaboration with PR team.
  • Compile presentations and recap decks for internal updates and brand reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion, retail, and streetwear.
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with media, partners, and talent.
  • Professionalism and discretion when working with celebrity talent and brand partners.
