Someone who can turn product features into viral moments, educate without boring people, and make our mission feel magnetic. This is a creative-first role with real ownership — you’ll be the voice and vibe of our brand across TikTok and Instagram. What You'll Do Make short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, etc. (on-camera and behind-camera) Shoot, edit, write captions, and post with purpose Plan and execute weekly content calendars Come up with creative ideas that make people stop, save, and share Repurpose content for email, web, and community channels Help grow and engage our audience with a clear voice and point of view Who You Are You make content constantly — on your own account or for brands You understand storytelling and how to hook someone in the first second You care about aesthetic and message in equal parts You’re fluent in TikTok and Instagram culture You’re self-motivated, organized, and know how to work independently Bonus if you’ve worked with a skincare, beauty, or wellness brand Double bonus if you’re obsessed with sensitive skin, clean beauty, or ingredient minimalism Please send any portfolio work and notes to ben@thenothingelse.com.
