Overview Join Our Team as a Content Creator! PostcardMania is seeking a talented Content Creator to join our team and bring ideas to life across multiple platforms. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging, on-brand content including specific marketing advice targeted towards small business owners. We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable on camera and who can learn a marketing topic and create, edit, and post educational marketing content. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and publish marketing content across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, email, video, podcasts, and more). Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with client goals. Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that captures attention and inspires action. Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to optimize content performance. Repurpose and adapt content for different formats, audiences, and distribution channels. Analyze content performance metrics and recommend improvements. Maintain a consistent voice, style, and brand guidelines across all content. Compensation Based On Experience Schedule: In-Office Monday – Friday 9am-6pm Requirements Content creation experience, specifically video Current computer, email and software skills Previous experience in marketing, SEO, writing and/or graphic design is definitely a plus but not required Editing and enhancing raw video footage, incorporating music, graphics is essential.
