Job Description

The Role:

We’re looking for a savvy, beauty-obsessed Social Media Community Manager to join our growing team. This person will be the voice of Polite Society Beauty and Diamond Drunk across all social platforms, building authentic relationships with our audience and helping us grow a loyal and engaged community. If you live and breathe TikTok trends, speak fluent Instagram, and thrive on spotting the next big thing before it hits your feed, we want you.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Management

  • Be the daily voice of our brands—respond to comments, DMs, and tagged content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook (both organic and paid posts).
  • Monitor all brand mentions and UGC; engage with fans and creators in an on-brand, witty, and thoughtful way.
  • Keep the vibe positive and aligned with our brand tone, while managing real-time feedback and customer concerns.

Social Listening & Research

  • Track weekly social trends, viral sounds, emerging formats, and creator moments.
  • Report on competitor brand launches, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Bring ideas to the table for how we can capitalize on cultural and beauty moments.

Influencer Discovery & Gifting

  • Research and identify fresh influencer talent across beauty, lifestyle, and generational-driven spaces.
  • Coordinate gifting campaigns and manage communication with influencers regarding product send-outs, deliverables, and usage guidelines.
  • Track engagement and support affiliate/commission opportunities where applicable.
  • Help grown micro influencer community with monthly tags from 150 unique creators

Platform Campaign Support

  • Assist with TikTok Shop and LTK (LikeToKnow.it) campaigns, including communicating post requirements, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring influencers are supported and informed.
  • Help manage influencer communications tied to product-for-post and commission-based campaigns.

Growth & Engagement

  • Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to ideate new ways to increase follower count, post engagement, and community loyalty.
  • Monitor performance analytics and feedback to evolve community strategy over time.
  • Grow influencer community with a consistent presence on social

The Candidate:

  • 2+ years experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital community management (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
  • Strong written communication with a fun, witty, on-brand voice
  • Extremely organized, proactive, and collaborative
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, glam, and pop culture
  • Must be able to work on-site on a full time basis
