Position Overview The Service Manager - HVAC is responsible for overseeing the service department operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and managing HVAC maintenance and repair projects. This role involves leading a team of technicians, providing technical support, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations of the HVAC service department.
- Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Develop and implement maintenance and repair schedules for HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate installation and repair projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and customer interactions.
- Monitor energy management practices and recommend improvements to building management systems.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on technical skills and customer service best practices.
Qualifications - Proven experience in HVAC service management or related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Experience in project management and team leadership.
- Familiarity with building management systems and energy management practices.

Benefits
- Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 with commission on margin
