Pay Range: $105,500.00 - $173,450.00 Position Summary: The Senior Product Manager for the Immunoassay Business Unit will drive the growth for a next-generation immunoassay platform which includes assays, software, and instrument. The Senior Product Manager joins a rapidly growing and dynamic business unit within the Analytical Solutions Division. Key responsibilities include developing a strategic vision for the portfolio in key application areas, understanding market needs, pricing, competitive landscape, and developing product roadmap and managing product life cycle. This individual is also responsible for a small specialist team that will report directly into the manager to support product management activities. The ideal candidate will have a deep, hands-on understanding of protein analysis workflows and customer needs, use data-driven metrics for decision making, and be highly organized with strong project management experience. (S)he must have strong communication and collaborative skills to effectively operate in a matrixed organization and interact with senior leadership, business development, marketing, sales, technical service, product development, operations, finance, regulatory quality, as well as customers. The candidate will display a strong level of passion and pride in their work and infectious enthusiasm to inspire and influence beyond the immediate team. Key Responsibilities: Develop short and long-term strategic growth plans and prioritization for the product line. Understand the market landscape including identifying target customers and their unmet needs, understanding barriers to adoption and develop ideas to address, and understanding competitive situation to develop innovative and differentiated product roadmaps. Work with the marketing organization to develop strategic marketing and launch plans which achieve business goals. This will include product positioning and identifying specific target audience. Conduct product training to relevant sales and marketing teams globally. Set pricing strategy. Prepare and present quarterly Business Reviews to the management team.
