Summer Internship 2026

You will join a dedicated team of private equity professionals responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in North America. At Coller, we value entrepreneurship and encourage you to take on broad responsibilities and bring in new ideas. After a week-long induction, interns will work on live transactions and assume responsibilities of a full-time senior associate. During the internship, interns will be assigned mentors - a Senior Associate to help with the day-to-day and a Principal / Partner from the investment team for career development and progression

As an intern at Coller Capital you will gain a broad cross-section of experience, including:

• Conducting detailed sector and company research and analysis across a wide variety of company and industry sectors
• Exposure to both GP-led (single-asset as well as multi-asset) and LP-led secondary transactions
• Quarterbacking live transactions, including due diligence, valuations, reference calls, ownership of the financial model, and holding pen on the IC memo
• If your deal makes it to IC, interns will also be expected to talk about the asset at IC and answer questions on the asset and the transaction

Our interview process will include a first-round interview, a case study, and will conclude with a final round super day in-person in New York with several members from our Investment Team

The internship will be 10 weeks from 8 June to 14 August 2026
