\nSr. Administrative Assistant
\n
\nThis person will supports five senior-level directors with all administrative duties, including calendar management, projects, composing letters and reports, preparing presentations, editing presentations, and recommending or making purchase decisions for the team. Works in a diverse and more complex environment; and includes executive contact. Knowledge of Power Point preferred, and some Excel. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills including: word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications. J&J experience is a MUST! Skills must include knowledge of J&J apps; Ariba/Aravo, Concur, eMarketplace, Outlook, etc.

\nTop Three Skills: J&J experience, eMarketplace skills for PO support, Outlook (calendar management skills).
