We are seeking highly motivated, disciplined, and team-oriented athletes to join our professional arena football team. As an Spring Football Player, you will compete at a high level in a fast-paced, eight-man format that emphasizes speed, agility, and toughness. Players will be responsible for contributing to the team’s success both on and off the field, including participating in practices, games, community events, and team functions. Key Responsibilities: Participate in all scheduled practices, meetings, training sessions, and team events. Compete in regular-season and postseason games, maintaining a high level of performance and sportsmanship. Understand and execute assignments in alignment with the team’s playbook and coaching strategies. Maintain peak physical condition through individual workouts and adherence to team fitness programs. Represent the team in a professional manner during media appearances, fan engagements, and community outreach programs. Follow all team, league, and facility rules, regulations, and codes of conduct. Assist with team promotions, marketing appearances, and youth football initiatives as needed. Requirements: Prior college or professional football playing experience preferred (NCAA, NAIA, JUCO, or international). Strong knowledge of football rules, techniques, and positional fundamentals. Excellent physical conditioning and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Team-first mentality with strong communication skills and leadership qualities. Must be able to commit to the full season including training camp, regular season, and playoffs. Ability to travel for away games and be available for local team appearances.
