-Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness, including checking fluids, tires, brakes, and securing sand loads.
-Haul and dump sand efficiently using appropriate techniques while coordinating with site operators, loaders, and dispatchers.
-Follow assigned routes, optimize delivery schedules, and adjust based on terrain or weather challenges.
-Maintain accurate logs of hours, mileage, deliveries, and any delays in compliance with FMCSA and state regulations.
-Operate and maintain equipment, keeping vehicle interiors and exteriors clean, reporting mechanical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Class A Driver's License (CDL) is required for employment.
-Physical capability for long driving periods, frequent climbing in/out of trucks, handling weights up to ~50–75 lb, and exposure to weather and dust.
-Preferably, 1–2 years of experience hauling sand or other aggregate materials. Familiarity with Wyoming’s terrain.
