Job Description

Immediate RN Clinical Consultant - ADA Medical Accommodation Review remote contract opportunity. This is a 100% remote/work from home position.

Pay Rate: $85.00/hr

Work Details:

Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week
Work from home/remote position

Contract Details:

Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 12/31/2025 (possible extension)

Job Details:

The Clinical Consultant is responsible for conducting clinical reviews of medical job accommodation requests submitted under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
This role ensures that all requests are evaluated in accordance with federal and state disability laws, internal policies, and best practices.
The consultant serves as a key liaison between employees, healthcare providers, HR Compliance, and line-of-business managers to facilitate the support the interactive process and determine reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications:

RN, NP, or other licensed clinical credentials.
3+ years of experience in occupational health, disability management, or ADA compliance.
Strong understanding of ADA, FMLA, and related employment laws.
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
Familiarity with ergonomic and workplace accommodation tools preferred.
