Sales Targets: Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed targets by reaching out to potential clients and expanding the customer base.
Policy Advising: Provide informed advice on various insurance products, helping clients choose plans tailored to their needs.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to better position our products.
Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
RequirementsLicensing: A valid Wisconsin Property, Casualty, and Life License is highly advantageous.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or similar roles is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
