Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to join our team and help streamline and automate our operations while mentoring our new and seasoned agents.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of transaction coordination to ensure compliance with AAR contracts and broker file requirements.
Manage your virtual assistant so focus can remain on the most critical transactions or agent needs
Manage the office's day-to-day operations, including document management and communication with clients and agents.
Utilize SkySlope, DigiSign, and SISU proficiently to manage transactions and facilitate electronic signatures.
Provide leadership and support to a team of real estate agents, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Educate and mentor new agents on processes, best practices, and compliance to enhance their skills and confidence, ultimately improving their performance.
Host classes and training sessions for agents to boost their knowledge and proficiency.
Develop and maintain organized systems for tracking transactions, deadlines, and documentation to ensure efficient and accurate management.
Foster a positive and productive office culture that promotes teamwork and open communication.
Automate everything that you do so we can grow, scale and give back to our agents, employees and clients.
Qualifications:
Must reside in the West Valley region and be available to work in the office.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transaction coordination within the real estate industry.
Must be a licensed real estate agent for 5 years and hold an active real estate license.
Proven track record of managing at least 75 transactions in one year.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing new talent.
Proficient in SkySlope, DigiSign, and SISU or similar transaction management and electronic signature software.
In-depth knowledge of AAR contracts and real estate regulations.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
