Description
Join our team as a Quality Improvement Registered Nurse at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro, where you will play a vital role in enhancing patient care and organizational performance. This is a full-time position offering 8-hour day shifts.
As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will serve as a key facilitator working alongside our medical staff to improve the quality of care through our Performance Improvement Program. Your responsibilities will include managing and abstracting data for various purposes, including reporting projects, information management, and tracking trends in patient care delivery. Collaborate with physicians and hospital personnel to develop projects aimed at analyzing aggregated data and enhancing patient services.
Additionally, assist in the planning, development, and management of the hospital-wide quality improvement program, ensuring compliance with JCAHO and other regulatory standards. Together with department managers, medical staff, and the Care Council, you will monitor the effectiveness of the program in driving improvements in patient care.

Pay Range: $41.81 - $64.91
