Join a pioneering biotechnology company at the forefront of modern medicine, based right in Norwood, MA. We are a transformational, high-growth organization looking for a dedicated QC Microbiology Associate I to support our critical manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine environmental monitoring and critical utility (WFI and Gas) sampling in a fast-paced cGMP laboratory, supporting both clinical and commercial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Conduct routine, in-process, and EMPQ (Environmental Monitoring Performance Qualification) sampling.
• Perform WFI (Water-for-Injection) and Compressed Gas sampling according to strict SOPs.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, perform daily housekeeping tasks, and manage lab supplies.
• Author, revise, and meticulously follow SOPs, protocols, and technical reports.
• Ensure all data entry, review, and trending are performed accurately using LIMS.
• Support quality system records, including deviations, change controls, and CAPAs.

What You'll Need (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (Biology, Microbiology, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience in a GMP Quality Control laboratory, with a specific focus on microbiology.
• Hands-on experience with particle counters, viable air samplers, and gas sampling equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic databases (e.g., LIMS, SAP, eQMS/Veeva).

Schedule: Wed-Sat 1st shift, 7AM to 5PM
