QA Manager QA Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled QA Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes in the aerospace and defense sectors. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards and lead the QA team in implementing best practices to enhance product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with NADCAP and AS9100 standards.
• Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure effective quality control processes.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage documentation related to quality assurance, including validation and first article inspection.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of quality reports to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Facilitate training programs for employees on quality assurance best practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance in the aerospace or defense industries.
• Strong knowledge of NADCAP and AS9100 standards.
• Experience with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) is a plus.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
• Proficient in quality documentation and validation processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and quality management software.
