Job Description

As Project Manager, you will be part of a leadership team dedicated to managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects. You will create comprehensive project plans, coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources, and lead communication among stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing risks, monitoring progress, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Successful candidates will demonstrate passion, dedication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, scheduling, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company contracts and all involved parties.
  • Secure permits, verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
  • Facilitate project meetings and coordinate work activities.
  • Lead, train, and develop project team members.
  • Prepare and submit monthly project status reports.
  • Manage project close-out, including manuals, warranties, and final payments.
  • Develop positive relationships with owners, engineering, and design firms.
  • Establish project deadlines and monitor progress.
  • Promote a safety culture on-site.
  • Support business development through proposals and presentations.
  • Foster an inclusive environment and develop industry relationships.
  • Participate in recruiting top talent and retain outstanding team members.
  • Exceed stakeholder expectations by anticipating needs and goals.
Basic Qualifications
  • Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor on large projects.
  • At least 2 years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Understanding of strategic, operational, and financial aspects of construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with owners and trade contractors.
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and ethical mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • DBIA and/or LEED Accreditation.

Clark offers a comprehensive compensation package, including salary, bonuses, and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
