Production Supervisor | Royal Truck Body | Carson, CA

Regular Employee | Salary Exempt | $75,000.00 - 80,000.00

Overview

As the Production Supervisor for Royal Truck Body (Aebi Schmidt Group Brands) based in Carson, CA, you will enjoy leading daily manufacturing operations and spearheading continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and team performance. You will also play a critical role in meeting production targets, fostering a culture of accountability, and supporting employee development in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Meet daily production targets while ensuring zero quality rework
• Promote a safe work environment and correct unsafe practices immediately
• Support and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure equipment is properly maintained
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and flow
• Manage material and inventory to support uninterrupted production
• Participate in MOD (Manager on Duty) rotation for Saturday shifts
• Provide weekly performance reports to the Director of Operations

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibility
• Experience in vehicle assembly or similar production environments, preferred
• Strong management and coaching skills
• Intermediate computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft 365, production software)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Bi-lingual in Spanish, preferred
