The Phlebotomist will perform blood specimen collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques, ensuring accurate data entry and specimen preparation for testing. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with potential travel to multiple sites. We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization. PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
