We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to support an Outpatient Infusion/Cancer Center in Ithaca, NY. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment providing critical care to oncology patients.
Position Details:
Location: Ithaca, NY
Setting: Outpatient Infusion / Cancer Center
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13+ weeks (with potential for extension)
Key Responsibilities:
Sterile compounding and preparation of infusion medications
Oversight of chemotherapy and oncology medications
Clinical consulting with providers, nurses, and patients
Ensuring safe and accurate dispensing in a high-acuity setting
Ideal Candidate:
Active New York Pharmacist license
Previous experience in a clinical setting involving chemo or oncology medications
Strong communication and collaborative skills
