Setting: Sterile Compounding Pharmacy
Perform sterile compounding preparations according to USP <797> and <800> standards.
Verify, check, and approve compounded medications for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain cleanroom protocols and documentation to ensure quality control.
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety.
Oversee inventory and proper handling of hazardous and non-hazardous medications.
Thrives in a sterile compounding environment where precision is key.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and quality-focused.
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Active Florida Pharmacist License.
Minimum 1 year recent experience in sterile compounding (required).
Strong knowledge of compounding regulations and aseptic techniques.
