Job Description Experienced PeopleSoft Developer with a strong background in ColdFusion development, supporting enterprise-level HR, Finance, and Claims systems for a Fortune 500 insurance provider. Adept at integrating legacy ColdFusion applications with modern PeopleSoft modules to streamline business processes, enhance data integrity, and improve user experience. Key Responsibilities: Developed and maintained custom ColdFusion applications interfacing with PeopleSoft HCM and Financials modules. Designed and implemented secure web-based portals for internal users to access PeopleSoft data in real-time. Created APIs and middleware services to bridge ColdFusion front-ends with PeopleSoft back-end systems. Collaborated with PeopleSoft functional analysts to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Performed upgrades, patches, and performance tuning on PeopleSoft environments. Ensured compliance with insurance industry regulations and internal security standards. Utilized PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR for custom development within PeopleSoft. Supported PeopleSoft integrations with third-party systems including payroll, benefits, and claims processing platforms.
