Collaborating with the scientific team to identify patenting opportunities. Managing outside counsel on patent preparation and prosecution. Qualifications: J.D. and USPTO Registration. Ph.D. (Master's degree will also be considered) in organic chemistry is ideal. Other chemistry experience OK. 4+ years of patent prosecution experience at a top law firm or in-house.
