A night auditor is needed for every other Friday and Saturday night. Extra days open when other night auditors request days off.

Our property is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! Part-time - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Potential full-time hours are available if the schedule is flexible

$15 - $17 hourly

• Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
• Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required
• Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property
• Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required

• Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus
• Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired
• Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required
• Flexible overnight hours are required
• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required
