Location: South Bay, CA (In-Office Only) - Torrance
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Hours: 35 hours per week
Compensation: $20/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a Packaging & Shipping Associate to join our team full-time in our South Bay office. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and highly organized to ensure that all orders are packed accurately and shipped efficiently to the correct customers.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping across Shopify, Wholesale, B2B, and B2C channels .
Wrap and package trading cards and collectibles securely to maintain product quality.
Print shipping labels, process orders, and track shipments through carriers.
Maintain organized workstations and inventory to ensure order accuracy.
Coordinate with team members to manage daily shipping deadlines.
Ensure all orders are shipped correctly to avoid errors and returns.
Support warehouse operations as needed to keep fulfillment running smoothly.
Qualifications
Must be local to the South Bay area (this is an in-person position, no remote work).
Previous experience in shipping, packaging, or warehouse operations preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to lift boxes of trading cards and collectibles as needed (up to 30 lbs).
