Judit Inc. is hiring a smart, driven, Excel-obsessed analyst to join our corporate team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate with a business, finance, or data-related degree who wants to build real-world skills across finance, operations, and reporting. You'll play a critical role in helping our fast-growing staffing firm stay organized, efficient, and on target. We don't need someone who just dabbles in Excel-we need someone who lives in spreadsheets, builds formulas in their sleep, and enjoys making messy data make sense. What You'll Do:

• Own weekly and monthly reporting tied to payroll, commissions, and financial performance
• Maintain and enhance Excel trackers, dashboards, and templates used by senior leadership
• Assist with client invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up
• Prepare internal P&L snapshots, budget-to-actuals, and operations summaries
• Track and follow up on deadlines across multiple departments and clients
• Support special projects involving data cleanup, audit prep, compliance, or reporting
• Perform light administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

• Recent college graduate with a degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• Expert-level Excel skills - pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, conditional logic, and charts should be second nature
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working in spreadsheets and solving problems with data
• Fast learner who can manage their own priorities without constant direction
• Reliable, organized, and not afraid to chase down missing info or tighten up a process
• Professional communicator, comfortable working across teams and reporting to leadership
• Based in or near Carle Place, NY; able to be in office Mon-Thurs (Fridays are remote)
