Position: Offshore Construction Supervisor

Experience: 3+ years as a Supervisor (REQUIRED)

Schedule: Offshore rotation
Crew Change Location: Across Gulf of Mexico Coast

Job Responsibilities

• A member of the construction leadership team reporting to the Bronco Energy Offshore Supervisor and acts as a liaison with customer representatives.
• Provides leadership in safe execution of work offshore and supervises a multi-skilled work crew including welders, fitters, crane operators, and riggers.
• Coordinates daily work tasks for the construction crew.
• Conducts and audits JSAs and all other Safety, Health and Environmental Processes.
• Maintains adequate tool house inventory and materials management for the job scope.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive offshore construction experience with demonstrable experience in welding, fitting, or another offshore construction skilled trade.
• Must be able to pull measurements and create isometric drawings.
• Competence in supervising and leading others.
• Experienced in conducting job scopes and preparing pricing for customer preference.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products for reporting and correspondence.
