The Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) provides direct care to residents in senior living communities, focusing on enhancing their independence and participation in daily and recreational activities. The role requires NAC certification and offers part-time weekend and rotating shifts with competitive pay and benefits. This position emphasizes a person-directed care philosophy within a supportive team environment.
Our Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
Must have NAC certification for position.

Pay range: $19.15 - 22.25 per hour, depending on experience and shift differentials.
