Vitality Medical Wellness Institute is seeking a dynamic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our elite team. We integrate functional and conventional approaches, utilizing advanced diagnostics, genomics, hormonal optimization, and lifestyle medicine. About the Role

This role blends hands-on clinical care with supervisory responsibilities, and includes:

• Extensive 6–9 month mentorship and training directly with Dr. Galvin in functional medicine, genomics, advanced diagnostics, hormonal optimization, and concierge-level care.
• Performing in-depth patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Managing advanced hormone therapy, weight optimization, and chronic disease reversal protocols.
• Acting as a clinical supervisor and mentor to our team of Certified Medical Assistants, Health Coaches, and Exercise Physiologists, ensuring consistency, quality, and clinical excellence across the board.
• Delivering white-glove service to our concierge and executive health patients, both in-person and remotely.
• Serving as a visible role model for a high-performance, wellness-oriented lifestyle.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a practitioner who is:

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong clinical foundation.
