Job Description:

Shifa Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team, either on a part-time or full-time basis. The successful candidate will have a valid Texas license and will play an essential role in providing patient-centered care to individuals in need. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services including conducting patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, as appropriate.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients on managing chronic conditions, preventive healthcare, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate in community health initiatives, outreach programs, and public health education efforts.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and best practices in healthcare.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare best practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in community health or non-profit settings.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Employment Type:

Part-Time or Full-Time, depending on candidate availability.

Compensation:

Salary is commensurate with experience.
