The Northrop Grumman Military Internship Program (NG-MIP) is an approved SkillBridge Program under Dept. of Defense Instruction 1322.29. The program is open to all ranks and experience levels. SkillBridge participants continue to receive military compensation and benefits. Responsibilities for this internship include: Northrop Grumman’s NG-MIP offers internships that serve as a pipeline for high-potential military candidates into NGC. Interns will work on-site in an entry to mid-level role, supporting a 40-hour work week. The program aims to provide professional development, networking, and training aligned with NG leadership principles and core responsibilities. Goals: To provide job skills training during the last part of military service, leading to potential full-time employment. Objectives: To develop highly trained, capable future employees aligned with NG’s mission, with a comprehensive internship experience including professional development and stakeholder engagement. We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support the Integrated National Systems Business Unit supporting a Ground program. Locations may include Morrisville, NC; Aurora, CO; Fairfax, VA; or Linthicum, MD. This role involves planning and evolving processes and infrastructure for rapid capability deployment, automation, and continuous integration/testing. The engineer will implement provisioning and deployment techniques, ensure security and quality in CI/CD pipelines, and work within agile environments. Note: This position requires onsite presence; remote/hybrid work is not supported. This requisition may be filled at level 3 (Principal) or level 4 (Senior Principal), depending on experience and assessment.
