Position : Driver – Meals on Wheels
Location : Greater Chicagoland (60617) and Surrounding Areas

Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver to join our Meals on Wheels team. This position is essential in ensuring our meals reach clients throughout Illinois. The ideal candidate will be responsible for navigating delivery routes using company vehicles and provided devices, interacting with clients, and upholding our high standards for quality, service, and care.

Responsibilities :

• Use company-provided vehicles and devices to follow scheduled delivery routes across Illinois, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Communicate effectively and kindly with seniors, addressing any questions or concerns with respect and patience.
• Handle and organize delivery items with attention to detail, maintaining accuracy with route sheets.
• Represent American Accord Food Corp. positively, reflecting a dependable, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Adhere to safe driving practices and maintain a clean driving record.
• Complete end-of-day checks and communicate any vehicle maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications :

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with delivery or driving roles preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following set routes and schedules.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with seniors respectfully and warmly.
• Dependable, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules or client needs.

• Training Pay : $130 per day during the initial training period, with an increase to $135+ upon completion.
