Role Description:

Seeking an experienced Lead with hands-on MES application support experience in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will:

• Have 35 years of experience providing IT or application support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments.
• Possess strong experience with POMSnet MES ; experience with Rockwell or other MES platforms is also desirable.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of GMP manufacturing processes , batch records, workflows, and data capture requirements.
• Support system configurations , recipe management , and user access controls .
• Be capable of troubleshooting system errors , application issues , and coordinating with vendors for technical support .
• Understand ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management).
• Have basic SQL knowledge for data queries and issue analysis.
• Document system processes, configurations , and incident resolution procedures clearly and accurately.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills , and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
