Position Overview The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator provides technical leadership for the Talent and Development team's LMS. This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and analyzing content, assets, and other resources managed by the T&D team within the LMS. We partner with top companies to support employees and help families thrive both personally and professionally. Required Experience Manage routine operations, use, and configuration of the LMS. Upload, test, and revise learning content such as eLearning modules and documents. Assess existing content and recommend learning solutions based on needs. Develop curricula and programs as required. Generate reports and perform data analysis. Make recommendations for LMS usage and content based on user search patterns and experiences. Respond to and troubleshoot training course issues. Manage training rosters and user transcripts. Collaborate with the HRIS team to resolve learner issues promptly. Coordinate with the Education and Development team on LMS maintenance and usage. Utilize analytics to evaluate learning impact. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, certification in adult learning technology, or 6+ years related experience in adult learning technology or a similar field. At least 3 years of LMS management experience. Experience with adult learning technology and content management, preferably with Cornerstone. Compensation The annual salary for this role ranges from $0 to $56,000, depending on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors. This range reflects our good faith estimate and may be adjusted during the hiring process.
