Position: Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW)
Job Type: 1099 Contract Position (Compensated per client seen W/ proper documentation submitted within 24hrs)
Location: 7710 NW 71st Court #301 Tamarac FL, 33321 (In-person sessions required)
Schedule: Mon - Friday 9 AM – 5PM & Assigned Groups once a week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team and provide in-person therapy sessions. This position is ideal for a professional who is committed to helping clients navigate emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges. Please note: We are not accepting registered interns for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Maintain a consistent caseload and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
• Complete clinical documentation and submit session notes within 24 hours .
• Attend biweekly staff meetings (attendance is required).
• Utilize the practice’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (training provided).
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license (in good standing).
• Minimum 1-2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Professional liability insurance (must provide proof of coverage).
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention.
• Ability to work independently and manage a client caseload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Information:

• Compensation: This is a contract position, and therapists are only compensated for clients seen with proper documentation submitted within 24hrs.
• Training provided on our EMR system.
• Must be reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
