Licensed Customs Broker / Customs Compliance Manager Job Num: 57678 Logistics / Import & Export Job Description Position: Licensed Customs Broker / Customs Compliance Manager Location: Carson, CA Work Conditions: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, Mon-Fri, On-site Overview: Seeking a licensed U.S. Customs Broker to lead import compliance and customs operations, including oversight of the CTPAT program. This role serves as the primary compliance officer, ensuring adherence to all CBP regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage U.S. customs clearance processes in compliance with CBP (19 CFR) Review and file ISF and entry documents Maintain internal compliance procedures and staff training Act as the Licensed Officer of record with CBP Communicate with CBP, FDA, USDA, and other regulatory bodies Advise on HTS classification, valuation, and duty minimization Lead CTPAT program administration, audits, and validations Coordinate with forwarding and operations teams Qualifications: Active U.S. Customs Broker License (required) Minimum 5 years of experience in customs brokerage Proven experience managing CTPAT programs Expertise in HTS, CBP procedures, and ABI software Strong organizational and documentation skills Business-level English (Japanese proficiency a plus) Compensation & Benefits: Annual performance-based bonus Medical (100% employee, 50% dependents), dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays To apply, please send your resume to ydoro@pasona.com
