Must have reliable transportation, a laptop or desktop, broadband access to the internet, camera and a cell phone. The adjuster is on call 24/7 for the occasional after hour's assignment but the majority of the assignments are during traditional working hours.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for direct investigation and reporting of all types of liability claims.
• Occasional after hours emergency call out responses.
• Preserve evidence through photography, statement taking, securing of documentation.
• Recorded statements, report writing/typing.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Personal Skills/Traits:

• Must have the maturity and self-discipline to operate in an independent environment.
• Must present a professional image at all times, especially during stressful situations,
• Must have interpersonal skills to relate to claimants, insureds, attorneys, doctors, tow truck operators etc.
• Must have experience with T & E billing.

Pay/Benefits:

• Pay is a percentage of amount billed.
