As a Marketing Assistant at LendingPad, you'll play a vital role in helping us communicate our value proposition to the market and drive brand awareness. Position: Marketing Assistant Location: In Office: McLean, VA Hybrid Remote Type: Full-Time Role and Responsibilities: As a Marketing Assistant at LendingPad, you will work closely with the marketing team to support various marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our products and services. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks to assist in executing effective marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and management of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and other communication materials. Help maintain and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with branding guidelines. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Support the planning and execution of webinars, conferences, and other industry events to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential clients. Coordinate with design and creative teams to develop visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and graphics. Assist in managing the company's social media presence, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential opportunities for growth. Maintain marketing databases and ensure data hygiene for accurate targeting and segmentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related roles. Mortgage or financial industry experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies.
