Legal Sales Consultant Class Action Services Job Title: Legal Sales Consultant - Class Action Services

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you a legal professional with a passion for client engagement and a track record in sales? We're seeking a dynamic Legal Sales Consultant to join our team and drive growth in the class action settlement administration space.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop relationships with law firms and legal teams involved in class action litigation
• Serve as a subject matter expert on class action settlement services
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Must-Haves

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal education
• Experience in class action litigation or settlement administration
• Proven success in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and class action processes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

Nice-to-Haves

• Bar admission (active or inactive)
• Experience working with plaintiff or defense firms
• Familiarity with claims administration platforms or legal tech tools
• Existing network of legal industry contacts
