The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, preferably in defense cases, and construction defect experience is a plus. This role requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities Provide support to attorneys in all phases of litigation, including document preparation and case management. Draft, proofread, and format legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and other relevant parties. Assist with discovery, filings, and other litigation-related tasks as needed. Support attorneys with deadlines, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of legal assistant experience. Construction defect experience is a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
