Roche Brothers is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Landscaping Sales Estimator specializing in Install Work. This full-time position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, hands-on work environment and are committed to excellence in landscaping project estimation and client relations. The role requires the estimator to work on-site as it is not a remote job. As a Landscaping Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in sustaining our reputation by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and clarity in all your project estimations and client interactions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to assess client needs effectively and create detailed proposals that align with both aesthetic and practical requirements. By joining our installation division, you will contribute directly to the planning and sale of landscape installation projects, working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding results that meet the high standards of Roche Brothers and our clientele.

• Develop comprehensive project estimates that provide value to the client while maintaining company profitability.
• Interpret client requirements and landscape/construction drawings to create accurate and competitive proposals.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather all necessary information for bid preparation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing to ensure estimates are realistic and competitive.
• Navigate client consultations to clarify project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Utilize specialized software for estimating and project management to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of proposals.
• Follow up with clients to review proposal details, make adjustments as necessary, and close sales.
• Manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and expectations are clarified and achieved.
• Participate in team meetings to provide insights on project status, potential challenges, and resource needs.
• Provide thorough documentation and reporting of all estimation activities for review by senior management.

• 5+ years of experience in landscape estimating, design-build sales, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction materials, methods, and pricing.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting landscape and construction drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and client relationships simultaneously.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Aspire, LMN, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools.
• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Horticulture, or related field is preferred but not required.
