Job Opportunity: Kronos Application Administrator Position Summary The Kronos Application Administrator is responsible for managing the full suite of Kronos Workforce applications, including Labor Analytics, Payroll, Scheduler, Timekeeper, Productivity, and Extensions. The role involves design, configuration, modification, support, project leadership, training, documentation, and contract review. The Administrator proactively creates reports, analyzes data, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement. Additionally, the Administrator supports Finance application systems like Lawson to prepare income tax and payroll-related documents. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience At least three (3) years of Kronos Workforce Timekeeper experience, including configuration, upgrade testing, and implementation Minimum five (5) years of experience in payroll within a large, complex organization, with progressively responsible roles Experience leading projects involving HRIS and/or Payroll systems Healthcare or union shop experience is highly desirable Our Values As a MultiCare employee, you are expected to embody our core values: Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, and Kindness.
