Are you experienced in the PVF industry and ready to take your inside sales career to the next level? OneWest Manufacturing Partners (FCI Division) is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound quotes, generate accurate bids, and coordinate customer orders from quote to shipment.

In this role, you'll work with customers to deliver quality products and top-tier service in a fast-paced industrial setting. If you know the difference between a raised face flange and a ring type joint—and can turn that knowledge into trusted customer relationships—we want to talk to you.

• Respond to RFQs for flanges, forgings, and machined PVF components
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Generate competitive quotes, negotiate pricing, and secure purchase orders
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order entry, documentation, and delivery
• Keep customers informed on order status and proactively resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and internal processes

• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience in the PVF or industrial supply industry
• Strong knowledge of common PVF products, terminology, and applications
• Familiarity with quoting, order entry, and sales support in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma required; technical knowledge or certifications a plus
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 is a plus
