GDI Facility Services is a recognized leader in providing facility maintenance and building services to many of the most recognized brands in the manufacturing, distribution, power generation, hospitality, health care and automotive industries.

We are seeking an Engineer for our Greenville, SC Office. This person will perform standard Industrial Engineering functions.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
• Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project.
• Maintain budgets and adjust according to needs as they arise.
• Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals.
• Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients

Job Skills:

• Organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use specialized software for collaboration and time management, including spreadsheets
• Experience with inventory control and process improvement
• Strong time management and analytical skills
• Firm understanding of complex mathematical concepts
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong communication skills

Qualified candidates should have:

• Bachelor of Science – Industrial Engineering
• Entry level – 2 Years experience
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Platforms
• Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills
• Process Improvement Experience
• Excellent Analytical Skills for Problem Solving
• Organizational and Project Management Skills
