Human Resources Student Intern

Here's a look at what your internship could include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to help shape job descriptions and support the recruiting process.
• Assisting with university recruiting activities and candidate screenings.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming start.
• Collaborating on a variety of HR assignments, projects, and activities and yes, you'll get exposure to different teams, business partners, and employee resource groups.
• Conducting research into HR best practices and emerging trends.
• Gain exposure to Workday HRIS platform.
• Working alongside experienced HR professionals and receiving guidance and mentorship from our HR leaders.
• Tackling a special project tailored to your interests in a specific HR function (like talent development, compensation, etc.).

What We're Looking For:

• You're currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (junior or senior level) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• You've got a genuine interest in starting a career in HR.
• You're detail-oriented and know how to juggle multiple priorities.
• You're comfortable with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• You can be trusted with confidential information and understand the importance of professionalism.
