Job Description

Our client, a dynamic manufacturing organization, is seeking a General Helper to join their team. As a General Helper, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Helper

Location:   Morrisville, NC

Pay Range: $15

Shift: 7AM-530PM (Mon-Thu Shift)

What's the Job?

• Feed materials into equipment or place them in kits/display boxes.
• Take products off equipment, stacking them on skids or packing them in boxes.
• Complete skid flags or packaging tickets accurately.
• Prepare boxes for shipping and place labels on them.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and write simple instructions.
• Must follow safety rules in a manufacturing environment working around moving machinery.
• Basic math skills to perform essential job functions.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
