We're currently on the lookout for a General Carpenter who loves working with their hands, enjoys the challenge of custom work, and can confidently turn plans into reality.

What You'll Do:

As a General Carpenter at Evolve, you'll be at the heart of the action, cutting, fabricating, and assembling a wide range of structures from wood and other materials. You'll work from detailed plans and collaborate with a talented team to bring incredible ideas to life-from concept to final installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow build plans, blueprints, and renderings to fabricate custom products
• Construct displays, cabinetry, exhibits, and specialty structures
• Translate conceptual ideas into real-world builds
• Operate woodworking tools safely and accurately (e.g. saws, routers, sanders, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines
• Occasionally travel for on-site installations (may include weekends/holidays)

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proficient in reading measurements to 1/32"
• Comfortable lifting up to 65 lbs and standing for 8+ hours per day
• Able to work on ladders and overhead structures
• Able to work in varying temperatures and around moving equipment

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
