Job Title: Gastroenterologist
Location: Spokane, WA
Compensation: $530,000 - $675,000 + RVU Incentives

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gastroenterologist dedicated to delivering exceptional adult patient care. This opportunity offers a predominantly hospital-based setting, with additional outpatient clinic hours, giving you a rewarding mix of inpatient and outpatient experiences. If you are proficient in a variety of advanced GI procedures and have a patient-centered approach, this role is designed for you.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive GI care to adult patients, primarily in a hospital environment with some clinic hours.
• Procedural Expertise: Perform essential procedures, including:
  • Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, and fulguration of bleeders.
  • Esophageal dilatation, manometry interpretation, and small bowel biopsy.
  • Lower GI endoscopy, including sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy with biopsy, as well as excision of polyps.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with a team of multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure a high standard of patient care, improve outcomes, and enhance the overall patient experience.

Position Requirements:

• Board-Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Experience with Advanced GI Procedures, as outlined, is essential for success in this role.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: A compassionate approach, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset are key.
