DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Gastroenterologist to join our team in providing exceptional digestive health care to patients in the vibrant city of Atlanta, GA.

Job Description:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and liver diseases.  
• Perform diagnostic procedures such as endoscopies, colonoscopies, and sigmoidoscopies.
• Provide comprehensive digestive health management, including medication prescriptions, dietary counseling, and lifestyle modifications.
• Manage patients with chronic gastrointestinal conditions, including IBD and liver diseases.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in gastroenterology through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Valid medical license in Georgia State
• Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating various gastrointestinal conditions
• Proficiency in performing endoscopic procedures
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
